This week we finalise everything that needs to be done before she goes in the water. The bow thruster is acting up so Kieran has to manually put in a pully system to get it in the up position. The dirty sump in the engine room gets a good scrub and the anchor chain gets lifted on to the boat again. Kieran’s mom is here to spend some time with our babies and she also sees Merewether II for the first time. She tells us what she thinks on “Gilly cam” haha.
With only a few days left now we can’t tell you how excited we are to put her back into the water.
